Meet Bramora

As a teenager, my dream was to be a psychiatrist. I have always wanted to help people unravel their lives and build success. Life had other things in store, and armed with a degree in Mathematics and a Diploma in Systems Management, I started my career in the IT field.

I taught programming languages for 5 years before opting for a career change to train for and then work in the HR field where I have worked for almost 20 years. Through all these years, the longing to help people remained steady and through life’s experiences as a wife, mother, friend and business leader, I realized I had a talent to quickly zero in to the root cause of problems and help people find solutions. Life also taught me that someone else’s solution does not always work because we are each unique beings and see life through our own unique lens. Solutions are not cookie cutter made—they need to be aligned with one’s personal values.

 

In 2017, I decided to formalize this talent. I joined iPEC, one of the largest coach training schools in the world, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and got trained as a professional coach. I am now credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
